Vancouver, BC - On September 18, 2023, Justice Robert Goldstein of the Ontario Superior Court upheld
Canada’s anti-prostitution law as constitutional —a ruling that the VCASE community and many like-
minded organizations immediately hailed as a milestone in their campaigns to protect vulnerable
persons from the inherent harm caused by prostitution.
